1. Acceptance

By accessing ankordmedia.com or engaging Ankord Media, LLC ("Ankord Media", "we", "us") for design, development, or media services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

2. Our services

Ankord Media provides design, development, brand, video, podcast, SEO, marketing, and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for an engagement are defined in a separate statement of work (SOW) or proposal signed by both parties. In any conflict between these general terms and an SOW, the SOW controls.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use ankordmedia.com only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the site. Unauthorized scraping, framing, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, design, code, graphics, video, marks - is owned by Ankord Media or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing on the site grants you any right to use any of our marks or content without our prior written permission, except as needed to view the site through a standard browser.

Ownership of deliverables produced under an engagement transfers as described in the relevant SOW.

5. Third-party links and tools

The site may link to third-party websites, products, or services. We don't control those resources and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimers

The site and any free informational content (blog posts, guides) are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ankord Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site. For engagements covered by an SOW, our total liability is limited to the fees paid under that SOW in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ankord Media and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes that aren't resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that venue.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
